Dr. Gowrisha
Professor and Director
Holds MBA with specialization in Finance and Marketing, M.Phil in Management and Ph.D. from Bangalore University. He has experience in Quality Management and Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions. His areas of interest includes Quality in Education and Management of NGOs. He worked as Chief Consultant in the Technical Secretariat of Committee to draft National Education Policy headed by renowned Space Scientist Dr. K Kasturirangan, which was constituted by MHRD, Government of India in the year 2017. He served as honorary Secretary and Treasurer of C-LAMPS, a Bengaluru based NGO. He has been involved in many research pursuits in the area of education. He has presented and published research articles at national and international level and delivered many lectures on various topics related to quality of education and innovations in teaching-learning. He has delivered more than 100 lectures on National Education Policy 2020 at various national seminars and webinars. He is Governor nominee member of Academic Council of Dr. B R Ambedkar School of Economics University, Bengaluru.

Dr. Rajendra Kumar V Joshi
Senior Consultant
Dr. Rajendra Joshi holds M.A. in Philosophy from Bangalore University and Doctoral Degrees Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai. As the head for Mission10X Research Center, WIPRO Technologies he involved in designing and delivering training programmes and executing academic leadership programme for the principals and faculty members of Engineering Colleges across the country. He also trained more than 2000 engineering faculty and 250 engineering college leaders as part of Mission10X. He served as Director of Indus Training and Research, Bengaluru and Dean of Education Studies at IACT. Dr. Joshi has wide experience in training and development and served as Director for Learning & Development at Marwadi University, Rajkot, Gujarat. He worked closely with National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) both as peer team member and co-coordinator of the Peer team to assess and accredit colleges in the states of Maharashtra, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. He was awarded with prestigious Emerald and the AIMA Research Fund Award in 2008 for a research project.
Dr. Sindhuja C V
Senior Assistant Professor
Professional with a demonstrated history of working in Academic and Research Industry. She is skilled in Research Design, Psychometric Assessment, Field work, Case study, Learning and Development. She obtained Ph.D. from Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. She worked as Post-Doctoral Fellow at IISc and NIAS. She represented IISc, Bengaluru at Technical University Clausthal, Germany for Indo-German Partnership for Advanced Research (2017) administered by UGC, India and DAAD, Germany. She has involved in several consulting projects and also served as visiting faculty in various Institutions.

Ms. Bhagya G B
Senior Assistant Professor
She has an academic experience of 21 years in the field of Commerce and Management. She has Master’s Degree in commerce from Bangalore University and Master of Philosophy in Commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University. She is pursuing Doctoral degree from Bharathiar University on the topic entitled "Total Quality In Higher Education and its Impact on Later Life Success Among Corporates in Bangalore City - A Study With HRD Perspective”. She has presented several Research Papers in seminars/workshops/conferences both at National and International level and published research articles in several journals. She has co-authored text books in various subjects like Organization Management, Cost Management, Goods and Services Tax, Business Taxation and Modern Marketing. She has worked as Member of Board of Examiners and set question papers for Bangalore North University and few other autonomous colleges.

She is pursuing her doctoral studies in the field of English studies with special focus on Philology, History of Disciplines and Universities and Liberal education. Her area of interest includes Literary and cultural studies, Higher Education and English studies. She has three years of teaching experience both at undergraduate and postgraduate studies. She is passionate to work on social sectors with a motive to bring positive change. She has played an instrumental role in transforming Aahana NGO and successfully placed it into a scalable model exhibiting her managerial skills. She has also worked as a volunteer at Campus2Community, a group of young students and professionals who are committed to improving the quality of Government-run schools in Karnataka.

She has 15 years of research experience and served as Research Consultant at ISEC and involved in multiple research studies. She has presented several research papers in National and International conferences/workshops and also published research papers.
Dr. Kavya Shree K M

She has close to 14 years of experience in various fields, including teaching, training, data analysis, and consultancy. She has completed her Post-Doctoral Fellowship program from IIM Udaipur where she worked as Manager for a large MHRD funded SPARC project. Her area of interest is data analysis, quantitative research methods. She is interested in spirituality, philosophy, experimental research studies, and policy research.
